Malleus is a Nocturnal Fae(he's a dark fairy), and he is a dragon because dragons are simply a type a fairy in Twisted Wonderland. He's really tall and powerful magically and physically in canon so that can probably be picked up by people who can sense that kind of stuff. Also he's 178 years old, which is still very baby for a dragon. I am considering him the human equivalent of 18 in emotional/physical maturity, as this is how he is considered in canon(even if he is a little sheltered).
